Certified and Ready: Our New Cleanroom is Fully Operational

No one understands cleanliness better than medical device manufacturers.  
 
After our big move into a new 20,000 sq. ft. facility, we immediately set our 2,500 sq. ft. cleanroom build-out in motion. Each week brought new advancements, bringing us closer to our goal of a fully functioning certified cleanroom. Fast forward to today, and we're excited to announce that our cleanroom is now fully operational and certified, meeting all necessary compliance standards. 

This new cleanroom enhances our manufacturing capabilities, allowing us to uphold the highest standards of quality and safety for our medical devices. With this certification, we're better equipped than ever to serve our clients with precision and care.

What are Prevailing Medical’s Cleanroom Capabilities? 
Testing was conducted in the Class 7 main room, Class 8 braiding room, packaging room, and gown room. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire team for their efforts leading up to this moment.
