First Milestone: Expanding into a New Facility
This year, Prevailing Medical moved into a cutting-edge 20,000 sq. ft. facility designed to enhance our capabilities and streamline our operations. At the heart of this new space is a certified 2,500 sq. ft. cleanroom, enabling us to deliver high-precision assembly, sterile barrier packaging, and more. This milestone not only reflects our growth but also underscores our commitment to providing comprehensive manufacturing solutions for our clients’ complex medical devices.
Second Milestone: Clean Room Build out and Certification
The cleanroom buildout was a testament to our dedication to precision and quality. By mid-year, we achieved ISO Class 7 certification, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This state-of-the-art cleanroom is fully equipped for finished goods assembly, sterile packaging, product labeling, and inspection. Its certification reinforces our ability to support clients’ needs from development to delivery, with an unwavering focus on quality assurance.
Third Milestone: Accelerating with R&D and Manufacturing Capabilities
Our new facility also brought an advanced R&D lab and extrusion line online within weeks of opening. The R&D lab enabled rapid prototyping and functional testing of devices, supporting our commitment to a “build, test, iterate” cycle that accelerates development timelines. Additionally, our extrusion line’s early activation showcased our ability to scale manufacturing seamlessly, from small batches to high-volume production.
